My hips have not felt like this since I was in college and dancing. Seriously.
I feel like I have been doing high kicks and jump splits for weeks on end. You know where you jump as high and far and as extended as you can. Then fall into the splits.
Yes, that's how they feel right now. Every time I get up from sitting. Every time I walk.
And even in college it felt good because I was getting a good sweaty work out. Not so much now.
As long as I am not waddling or walking like I have something stuck you know where... I am good. For now.
